There are at least four people in helmets in BBS. If you are talking about the guy with the red and black helmet then that is the Dark Soldier and not much is known about him yet. If you are talking about the trio of people with bronze helmets, they are Keyblade Wielders and their names are Ventus "Ven", Aqua, and Terra.

The masters degree is advance study after completion of the bachelors degree. The PhD is the highest level of academic achievement, that typically follows a masters - although there are a few that can be pursued directly after completion of the bachelors. Still, it is not so much that one is better than the other. The better degree is the one that leads you to your personal career goals and objectives.
The Keyblade itself is not real, it was invented for the Kingdom Hearts video game series. However, Kingdom Hearts fans like to make life-size keyblade replicas out of various materials, ranging from cardboard to metal (depending on how much time/money they want to spend on it).
