Depends what your eating. You could be eating very clean (fruits, vegetables, lean meats) and exercising, and have a significant proportion of lean muscle mass. If you dirty bulk (fast food etc), you could have a high proportion of fat. Naturally the former is better.
180 lbs with 4-6% body fat
40 lbs
7.5 lbs
7.5 lbs
Muscle weights more than fat. So you might still weight 150 lbs and not have fat because you have more muscle in your body.
A gallon of fat weighs about 7.4 Lbs...
Depending on how tall they are. Average size of women is around 5'5 so body fat is averaged around 19-21% body fat. But 104lbs for a grown woman is about 7-10lbs underweight. This is just an estimate
3500ml equal in fat
295 lbs is equivalent to 21.07 stone.
An average American man would be somewhere from 170 lbs to 185 lbs, and stand from 5'9 ft to 6'0 ft. Some men who are over 6'2 ft tall can weigh as much as 202 lbs to 295 lbs!
It doesnt matter how much you weigh. Weight doesnt matter at all. Body fat percentages matter. Anything over 30 percent body fat is bad. But normally a 20 year old should have about 25% body fat.
It depends on the how much muscle the person has. If there is a formula for this type of problem, I am not aware of any.
