ideally a 12 year old should not be benchpressing. Bodybuilding, before you finish growing, has a high chance of stunting growth and causing bone tissue problems
however, answering your question somewhat, i would imagine that its very low. perhaps 30kg (bear in mind muscle structure is not fully developed at 12)
10 kilos at most if your doing more then stop!! or else you can cause yourself seriouse harm!!
