I am not a banker or have ever worked for one but I firmly believe you can withdraw any amount of currency as long as you give able notice so that they can make the funds available to you. example- armored trucks, electronic transfers, etc. If you mean straight cash in hand, then it should be written or explained to you upon opening an account with them.
