The answer, IMO, would not be "how much candy" ---- but how much SUGAR you are taking in. Choose candies that have artificial sweeteners. According to my doctor, too much sugar intake can promote the onset of diabetes. Sugar also has other health ristks. Also, be careful about too much "non-sweeteners".
