Converting an A/T equipped vehicle to a Manual is not cost effective unless you have a donor car for parts. The cost of all the parts needed if bought piece by piece will be extreme. With a donor car, you will have all the parts you need, so it depends on what the donor car costs. A wrecked vehicle is a good donor vehicle. My advice, being someone who has done this very thing, is to sell this car and buy one with a manual.
