im not sure but you really shouldn't feed your dogs chocolate because it will get them really sick and hurt inocent lives.

A dog that eats too much chocolate will not die instantly, it will suffer severely first. Animal cruelty is illegal.

Is chocolate toxic to dogs?

Yes, the theobromine in chocolate is extremely toxic to dogs and can cause fatal heart arrhythmias as well as liver damage. The larger the dog and the smaller the amount of chocolate, the less likely your dog is to die from eating chocolate, although it doesn't take much chocolate to kill even a Great Dane. Also, there are toxicity differences between the different types of chocolate: milk chocolate has slightly less risk than semi-sweet baking chocolate or dark chocolate.
