None. You simply have to have an interest in astronomy, and have learned a lot about it. Sometimes it's easiest to gain that information by going to college, but going to college by itself doesn't assure than you will gain ANY knowledge of the subject. With astronomy, it's possible to build your own telescopes and read lots of books, and educate yourself without ever going to school for it.

Of course, if you want to get a job as a professional astronomer, then you'll probably need to have a college degree just to be considered. But it doesn't have to be a degree in astronomy; a degree in mathematics or in computers would probably be more useful.
