First I have to ask, What are you trying to accomplish? FYI, there is no "governor" per se in any 7th generation Celica. GunnyP
For anyone interested, you take out the engine coolant reservoir and you can access it from there.
The amount of coolant it will take to fill your vehicle is dependent upon how low the coolant level is. You can add coolant to your coolant reservoir. The reservoir will have an indicator of when the coolant system is full.
This is listed in your owners manual. Purchase 1 gallon of the correct antifreeze and 1 gallon of distilled water. Mix them 50/50 and this should be enough. Or purchase 2 gallons of premixed coolant.
Read the owners manule.
If it is the front bearing: Take it to a mechanic. The bearing in pressed into the spindle. A press is required to remove the old bearing and install the new one.
To change the thermostat on a 2001 Toyota Celica, first, ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the negative battery cable. Drain the coolant from the radiator and remove the upper radiator hose to access the thermostat housing. Unbolt the thermostat housing, take out the old thermostat, and clean the mating surfaces before installing the new thermostat with a new gasket. Finally, reassemble everything, refill the coolant, and check for leaks.
Quarts of what? Coolant, Oil, brake and steering fluids...freon?
I wouldn't advise removing your AC Drain, take it to a professional to get the gas removed before touching any A/C parts. The gas can be very harmful to the environment
