Answer:YesIt depends on what kind of RAW beans that you're using and what the weather conditions were when you're doing this experiment. When i did this, i used mung beans instead of lentils because they are easier to grow and doesn't need that much sunlight.But if by cooked beans, you meant the beans from the cans, well then NO, the will NOT grow ever because they are already processed and doesn't have the necessary cells to grow.

you dont water it that much. you put damp toilet paper in a jar and then the beans go on the inside sides of the jar so that you can see it grow, :D
