It depends on which room you want. If you want a room that you have to unlock based on the level your are then its well... based on the level you are! If your talking about the secret chamber or secret room that depends also. There are 6 rooms in total so this is what i know: 1st one is 10 diamonds. 2nd is 15 diamonds. 3rd is 25 or 20 diamonds, i kinda forgot. Well this is all i know hope this helps. :D
