In his prime he used 110 pound dumbbells on the 30 degree incline for sets of 10-12 reps. His nehcp press I do no know of. He was 6'.1 1/2" and weighed about 210-215. His reach was over 6'.5" so he had long arms usually works against one in the bench press.
On the 60 degree incline dumbbell curl he used a pair of 70 pounders for sets of 6 reps!
