That The Batman are getting to adaut for children?

I don't think that Batman in general is getting too "adult" for children. You're probably think Christopher Nolan's Batman movies, which are much darker that things like the multiple cartoon series and other movies. Some of the comics can be bloody and stuff like that, but other than Nolan's Batman trilogy, Batman isn't really too "adult" for little kids.

Why christopher nolan isn't making any more batman films?

I think he wants to quit while he's ahead. All three of the movies have been amazingly awesome, and if he continued to make movies they would inevitably go downhill, no matter how awesome of a director he is. Usually, sequels suck. Luckily, both sequels to Batman Begins were as good or better than the first. If he continued making more and more movies, they would all start sucking and it would just be too much. A trilogy is a good round number to end on, and I think it's definitely the right choice to make.
