Like many things about the Great Pyramid the 'cost' is not known - however it is more than likely that the 'cost' would not have been a factor. It has always been there, known to be there and seen to be there, so no one found or discovered it.
Pyramids cost a lot to assemble: in 1973 a USA construction company figured The Great Pyramid of Egypt would cost 1.130490000 billion dollars--adding for inflation (up to 2006) that would now be about 5.26274952 billion!

It didn't cost anything! It was never brought to Rome, Alexander the Great, however, discovered people growing and using when he went to India. He took it back to Northern Greece and the Macedonian Region. Honey was the main substitute.
Getting organized can be task in itself, let alone trying to find the best system to organize that closet. I have discovered that the IKEA Closet System had great reviews and was cost efficient.

There is a lot of chatter about we do not possess the technology required to build a pyramid today. I saw a magazine from 1921 showing how they thought it could be done. First build the pyramid from concrete rather than stone. The alignment of the Great Pyramid is surprsingly accurate but not so difficult as it might seem, if you have a knowledge of astromony which the Ancient Egyptians did. Line it up with the Pole Star. Im sure we could do the same or line it up using data from a geo-location satelite. One thing we lack is the will which the ancient Egyptians had in bucket loads. I dont think anyone would want to build a tomb for our current crop of leaders. There is also the matter of cost and building regulations. The pharaoh had masses of free labour which cost him little more than their food.
The reaction of food tax pyramid in the Philippines is as a result of the high cost of living. The income distribution in the Philippines is highly uneven which makes the poverty rates even higher.
To see the Louvre pyramid is free. To get inside the Louvre, you must spend money.
the cost of the Louvre Pyramid was 75 million francs - nowadays 11.43 million euros, or 15.88 million US $ at today's exchange rate (1 euro = 1.3891 $)
I don't know, but they say that every pyramid took at least 15 years to build and for every pyramid that was built some 1000 people died. Money didn't come into the equation in the modern sense of buying the materials, paying the designer and the labour costs.
