The 1986 Yamaha YZ125 produces approximately 30 horsepower. This two-stroke motocross bike was known for its lightweight design and agile handling, making it a popular choice among riders in its era. The power output, combined with its performance characteristics, contributed to its reputation in the motocross community.
CRF150 BY FARRR - I had a ttr125 and sold it to get a crf150 and the enormous difference is shocking. The reason is that the ttr125 is a trail bike with a small engine. its acceleration and hp are decreased so that the bike is safe on trails. The crf150 if it ends in R or F like crf150R or crf150F - the F means it is a trail bike as well but it still has much more speed than the ttr not to mention size. the crf150R is a race bike made for the track and therefore it comes with a non spark arrested pipe and it is very fast for being a 150. check these out http://powersports.honda.com/2009/crf150r/specifications.aspx http://powersports.honda.com/2009/crf150f/specifications.aspx http://www.yamaha-motor.com/sport/products/modelspecs/238/0/specs.aspx
For a 2001 Yamaha YZ125, it's recommended to use 10-weight fork oil. The capacity for each fork leg is approximately 400cc, but it's essential to check the owner's manual for specific measurements and settings, as they can vary slightly. Ensure to replace the oil regularly to maintain optimal suspension performance.
the manual says for a 32:1 ratio, but a 40:1 is good just dont go with too much more gas in the mixture than that
Look on the side of the engine by the oil filler. It should read the amount in cc's or ml's. It would be around 900 cc's of oil (1 quart is 946 cc's).
i think its 650 cc's. it also should say on the clutch covering by the oil cap. my manual says for an oil change is 21.98 oz.
The 1984 Yamaha YZ125 typically requires about 10.6 ounces (or 315 milliliters) of fork oil per leg. It's important to use the correct viscosity, usually 10W or 15W, depending on your riding style and conditions. Always check the owner's manual for specifics, as fork oil levels can vary slightly based on modifications or individual preferences.
