Most likely all of it- Harry is not the sort of person to raise his children with lies and secrecy. Even if he does not tell them everything from day one, as they get older he will most likely reveal more and more. In terms of general details, I'm sure they would know everything from the get-go; after all, Harry's accomplishments are no secret and countless books and articles have been written about him in the wizarding world.
However, this is all fan speculation- the epilogue does not give much insight into how much Harry's children know about his past.

His children ask what everyone is looking at and Ron jokingly says that they are looking at him because he's incredibly famous.
