I have worked for Napa for over three years, and I am still at the same wage that I was when I first got hired which is $8.00 an hour with no payed sick leave, 1 week of vacation per year and no medical. We(the drivers) often have to lift the 55gal drums of oil into the back of a pick-up without the help of any type of lifting equipment ( just brute strength)
