Usually like any dog the breed an cost of them can differ based on there pedigrees like that parents. Shiba inus are usually about $600-$2000. Mine was 2k but my dogs parents where show dogs with clean pedigrees. Color dose play a factor to since the 3 main colors is Cream. Red, and Black Tan. when selecting the puppies make sure to be able to see pics of the parents cause the first year is when the color changes in there coat an are more similar to parents coat.
I would not recommend buying puppies from local pet stores and back yard breeders for health training issues since these dogs are stubborn as it is.
So i would say if you want a good pedigree and registered dog it would cost you around $1000 dollars or more
