Spain is most famous for their rice dishes and seafood. They are also famous for how much meat they eat.
The price of one tapa (N.B. tapas is plural) in Spain ranges from somewhat less than 1eur in a local 'cervezeria' in a small village to excessive 5eur rubbish sold in touristic places like Barna, Sevilla or Madrid. There are bigger portions as well, called raciones. They are twice as big and twice as expensive (still cheap) as tapas. The best option is to go where the locals go. This usually means you'll have to go for a bar that has soccer matches on telly, with the owner screaming loudly at the 20yrs old television. It should be packed with screaming Spaniards and you should leave flabbergasted, satisfied and ridiculed by the Spaniards.
