Where is coil 2 located on a 2002 lincln ls engine?

Coil 2 is located where the other seven are found (if you have a V8). Underneath a cover on the valve covers. Yes the valve covers have a small wide cover that houses the COP coil plugs. 1994 lincln town car my check engine light stays on i know this relates to my catalytic converter The car still runs very well will putting it off do any damage until i get it smoged?

It can. I imagine that the code is being popped because you're O2 sensor is reporting out of range... If you're actually having any problems with the cat I suggest fixing it right away.
