The same amount as any other working dog. Working dogs are often fed higher calorie kibble, such as "active" or "performance" formulas, but eat about the same as similar sized dogs.

Also, each animal is an individual. For example, I have one that eats 2 cups of kibble per day, and another that eats 8 cups and both are the same breed and the same size. On average, you might estimate 4-5 cups per day for a dog the size of a guide dog (60-80 pounds).
