Surprisingly, almost all bartenders get the minimum wage. The value in the job comes from tips. If the bartender mixes drinks for a barmaid, he gets a cut of her tips, in addition to the tips he makes for the service at the bar. Private parties are charged at an agreed upon price in advance. A good bartender can make in excess of $300 per night...on a good night. The variability of the trade makes it an unsteady career.
How much an economy makes per hour is how much it receives per hour. Its income per hour is equal to its output per hour. So when productivity grows, so does how much the economy makes each hour. This causes income per hour, the average hourly wage, to rise.
$14.42 per hour.

Fed-ex employees make about $8.50 and hour
not much maybe 2.50 to 3 dollars a hour
The pay really depends on the house (bar). The house will usually pay a barback an hourly rate plus 10-20% of all earned tips. That depends a lot on how much total revenue the bartenders bring in. When all is said and done, the bartenders are the ones who pay out the barbacks. Usually the pay out percentage is between 15%-20% of the total tips the bartenders earn. So, for instance if the bartenders earn $200 per bartender in tips, and say, there are 6 bartenders, then you'll be paid out, let's say 15% of $1,200, which is $180. Not too bad.

Credit hours is a term that refers to how much time you spent studying a particular class. In college, different classes are expected to take different amounts of time studying and have different amounts of time spent in class. For example, a college calculus class may meet four times a week for one hour each class and would count as four credit hours. A college fitness class like bowling may meet twice a week for one hour each time and would count as two credit hours. In high school, you spend equal amounts of time in each class so each class completed would count as one credit hour.
For Spring 2010, 95$ per credit hour.
It varries depending on where you live. If you are self employed you can make around $60 an hour, and as high as $100 ana hour in places with high demand.
They are tip compliant employees making over $17 right now an hour (I want to say $17.32). Of that $17 though, a large portion goes to the government for taxes. The cash the bartender makes in tips is not taxed then in this case. You also have the right to not be tip compliant and take all $17 an hour, but plan on the IRS auditing you so keep track of every dollar in tips you recieved. Generally every year, the hourly pay goes up a quarter or so too. I am a former Beverage Manager for a strip casino and managed all aspects of Beverage including payroll for bartenders and cocktail servers.
