It's very hard to say how much profit goes to "oil companies" vs. other companies that provide products to oil companies. Ignoring that, considering only the US, and assuming all of the increase goes to "oil companies" (very definitely not a safe assumption)... it would amount to about 1.5 trillion dollars per year.

The oil companies have to pay for the upkeep of oil refineries, so they make probably around three dollars profit for each gallon sold. In Europe the oil companies only make a dollar per gallon, it's taxed super heavily.
oil companies rely so much on people buying there fuel for there cars, that if everyone would get electric or solar cars, then they wouldn't make a large profit.
