There's no set answer, it's different for every horse. There are many "styles" of paints, like old-style QH types (around 15h) and the more modern TB types (16h+) so it depends on the individual horse

Well the paint breed weighs roughly the same as a quarter horse and that varied from horses to horse but in general they range from 900- 1300 pounds.
