Matching one number and the Powerball is worth four dollars. Matching two numbers and the Powerball is worth seven dollars. The higher numbers are dependent on the jackpot total.
At a guess, you're talking about a lottery. In which case, it depends on the lottery... but probably not. A few examples from California: Daily 3 and Daily 4 lotteries don't pay anything for two numbers. The "Fantasy Five" lottery doesn't give cash for matching two numbers, but it does give a free replay. SuperLotto Plus' most recent (at the time of this writing) draw paid $1 for matching the "Mega" number, $2 for matching the "Mega" number and any other number. It doesn't pay anything for two matches if one of them isn't the "Mega". Mega Millions works the same, except the most recent draw payouts were $2 and $3 respectively.
one you get just by going through the story the other you get if you win the lottery with all numbers matching.
with one matching number u get an energy pack for two matching numbers u get one unused free lotto ticket with three u get a special collection item where u vault it with 4 matching u get 40 godfather points and with all 5 matching u get 1000 godfather points
"Fantasy" and "dream" are two words meaning much the same thing. It would not be unusual for waking "fantasy" to correspond with a sleeping "dream."

Two, one given to you by Cyrus after you defeat him at the Galactic Veilstone building. And you can get another one by matching 5 numbers in the lottery in Jubilife City.
