Do you mean Neocash cards? They usually cost 10 or 20 US dollars, but I hear that there are some 15 dollar ones as well.
Or do you mean Neopets Trading Cards? I believe a Fun Pak of 4 packets of cards sold for around 8 US dollars they haven't been seen in stores (at least around here) in awhile. The old TCG cards are no longer sold and can be bought for varying prices online.
