You will spend $550.00 at the MBZ dealer for the service "B" which is basically and oil and filter, air filter and cabin filter change and some basic inspections. They will also rest the service reminder which can also be done by you once you figure it out.
THIS IS THE COMPLETE SERVICE - THE EXPENSIVE ONE - AS A MERCEDES DRIVER OF A MERCEDES E320 AVANTGARDE I FULLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE.IT IS A COMPLETE SERVICE COVERING EVERYTHING - COST ABOUT £400/£500.THE A SERVICE IS THE CHEAPER SERVICE NOT COVERING AS MUCH - YOUR CAR DASH TELLS YOU WHEN THESE SERVICES ARE RECOMMENDED.
Just cost me $564 for 2008 GL 450
I don't remember what covers service D, but it costed me around $500.00
am 2010 Mercedes- Benz costs 1,000,000,000 dollars
Depends on what you are importing. If its a cheap Toyota Corolla it would cost around the 1k to 2k to import. However if you are importing a Mercedes or Ferrari, the cost of importation can skyrocket to 5k or higher. But overall it depends on what service you use. From my personal experience it cost me 7k to import my Mercedes CLS. Again, it just depends on what service you use.

Mercedes makes many different models that vary in price.
A D service on a 2004 is just pretty much either a A or B service. Mercedes decided to add all these extra services on the new 2003 e-class, all it really did was cause confunsion. There are differant services for just the a/c filter, and lubing the sunroof. So just stick to A and B services and everything will get performed normally.
