3500
To be legal for interstate travel with no extra permits the legal limit is 80,000 lbs. 20,000 lbs on single axles, 34,000 on dual axles. 12,000 on the steer axle .
A tandem truck usually refers to the amount of axles on the trailer or tractor. A single drive axle on a tractor would be referred to as a single, or the same for one axle on the trailer. I have seen it referred to the amount of tires on the end of an axle. When there are two tires on the end of the axle, that would be referred to as a dual, not a tandem.
The definitive answer is...it depends. Very few trailers are made with axels of 2000lb (or less) capacity. Most are 2500 to 5000 llbs (per axle). So if you have a dual axle trailer with two 3500 lb axles you can haul 7000 lbs MINUS what the trailer weighs. I have a single axle 6X12 with a single 3500 lb axle. The trailer weighs approx 500 lbs, so I would feel relatively safe hauling a 3000 lb load.
Check your owners manual for towing weights. I have a 20 ft celebrity with a dual axle trailer. weighs about 2800 lbs with fuel. My 2006 Murano (97,000 miles) pulls the boat nice but the CVT transmission will not allow me to back the boat into the garage because my driveway is up hill. The trans seems to slip and strain when power is applied. Also when we pull the boat and trailer out of the water, the trans seems to have issues. Good luck.
I would question that unladen weight.. the axles alone should be enough to weigh 4000 lbs. As for what the trailer would be rated, I don't understand your question. If it's rated at 36,000 lbs. GVWR, then that's what it's rated at. The weight rating alone is enough to bring any combination that trailer is a part of well over the 26,000 lb. limit for a non-CDL holder, and any combination which includes that trailer is going to require a Class A CDL.
This trailer has a dual axle. The man used a dual blade for shaving. There is a dual function on this keyboard (synthesizer). This machine and do dual tasks at the same time.

12 or 14. Depends if lift axle has dual tires or not.
Varies by make and model. Since you're using English/Imperial measurements, rather than metric, I'll assume you're in the US. The max width allowed without special permit is 102 inches. 96 inches is also a common measurement. Again, there are several different types of trailers, and I'm assuming that you're referring to something like a tag along trailer for hauling heavy equipment, although the question could just as easily be in reference to a boat trailer.
you can only use the single in and dual muffler on the rear to get dual exhaust.there is no way to use true dual pipes under the car.the floor pan is to low and they cant cross the rear axle.....
Universal joints on the driveshaft. Had it once when pulling a trailer
