A 7-11 manager makes about 52,000 dollars a year. This amount is set by corporate and is pretty even across the board.

How much should they make?? Given what is expected of them as far as their job duties and assignments, somewhere between $12-$15 per hour... How much DO THEY MAKE?? In the $8-$11 range.. -Comment to the previous answer: I agree with both (should/do they make), but as a Dollar Tree Store Manager myself, I have to ask the question (can you do that on here when you're submitting an answer, lol)...... Does it suprise you that a billion dollar company that has million's of applicants pays in that range?? Dime a dozen.....
A shift manager can make up to $11/hr, while a salaried manager starts at $500/wk. An experienced general manager can make up to $70000/yr. Don't expect to make this much starting as a crew person, though. As crew with no experience, you're pay will probably be closer to minimum wage.
Assistant Store Managers (ASM): Range from 11-20+ Dollars an hour and work as an hourly employee. They also make comission based on store goals. These checks come in at 1100 a month if you are below your goals and as high as 3000 a month if you are well over your goals. Retail Store Manager (RSM): Make salary plus comission. The salary ranges widely based on market and experience. The comissions are slightly higher than that of an ASM. It is not unheard of for an RSM in a large market to make a low 6 figure income.
a store with sale of $150000 thousand will leave you $10000 per month.
entry level make $8/hr and 10% commission on what you sell. As you get older, the $ per hour is increased. 3rdkey makes $11/hr +10% commission manager and asst manager are salary based.
