It did for me! I had an allergic reaction to something, probably the lisinopril. I ended up in the ER with hives, tightness in the chest/esophagus, and difficulty swallowing. I was given an epi pen shot, Benadryl via IV, and a Rx for prednisone when I was released. They also did the bloodwork for a heart attack. I immed. went off the lisinopril. I should have gained weight this past week as the steroid is suposed to cause fluid retention. Instead, I dropped four pounds and my bloated abdomen returned to normal. I supect I was really retaining fluids with the lisinopril. I was excercising quite a bit and couldn't lose weight. The nurse in the E.R. told me that they see 2-3 people a week with allergic reactions to ACE inhibitiors, of which lisinopril is one. My internist also said that the reaction was most likely from the lisinopril. I was on it for about two years before this occurred. The effects can really creep up on you-lethargy, weight gain, foggy thinking, sore legs. I believe this is a very dangerous drug.
Both of these medications are generally safe, and are not often associated with acute toxicity. The LD50 for both is astronomical, and that's only 50%. Lisinopril is usually dosed at 30-40mg once a day, with rare dosages going as high as 80mg. Hydrochlorothiazide is dosed at 25-50mg once daily. In combination, the starting dosage of either or both probably will be considerably lower, as these medications interact.
An average Saphris month supply costs 300.00 to 350.00 on average, without insurance.
It can cause some minor weight loss, as HCTZ (hydrochlorothiazide) is a diuretic, meaning it makes one lose more water through urine output. If you are fluid overloaded for whatever reason, you might lose a pound or two after you start taking this medication. It is not likely that you will lose much weight, however.

When discussing supply, you must look at things from the seller's point of view. This includes analyzing factors such as production costs, technology, and price expectations that influence how much a seller is willing and able to supply in the market.
The sentence "How much does it cost?" is a correct interrogative sentence (a question). However, the form "how much it costs" is also correct when used in a declarative sentence, "I don't know how much it costs." or "How much it costs is not a factor."
As much as the business selling it charges. Prices will vary due to supply and demand, tariffs and importation costs, transport fees, delivery fees, and retailer markups.
