Epiphone offers many different models in the Les Paul series, with the price dependent on the finish and features of the model. The typical price range for Les Paul models will start at about $400 with higher priced models selling at about $750.
A Stanard Epiphone Les Paul in ebony color is around $500. An Epiphone Les Paul Special II is around $180. The Stanard will have much higher quality than the special but it depends on how much your willing to spend. If you really want the Gibson tone without paying the Gibson LP price i recommend that you get the Epiphone Stanard and replace the pickups with either Burstbuckers Pro pickup ($300 per pair) or some Alnico 490s (aroun 200 or so). You can typically get used pickups much cheaper off eBay.
anywhere from 180$ to 700$
You'll be luck to get anyone to part with £10 for one. Old cheap copies are worthless.
Well, for one there super cheap. Secondly, they tend to play about as good as a Gibson, compairing the Standard Gibson with the Epiphone, and thirdly, they sound good with pretty much any amp, they can be used for almost any type of music, and are quite a bit lighter, weight wise, than a gibson. From a personal standpoint, I have a couple guitars, and one of them is the Epiphone Les Paul Special II, Another is the Dean Vendetta Camo, I play them on a Line6 spider III, and the Epiphone has more tone for metal, the epiphone has more tone for solos, the epiphone sounds better on the clean channel, (but only when play rythm) and it looks alot better than the Dean, now I know there are some differences between the two, but I do preffer the Epiphone over the Dean, however to be fair, I will say this, the Dean has a MUCH faster neck than the Epiphone, and the Dean's all (even the cheapest, most crapy playing) have 24 fretts to Epiphone's (all that I know of) 22 frets. I am going to turn the Dean guitar in for Epiphone Standard Les Paul, but first I will change the pickups in the epiphone for Gibsons, just for Giggles. And I'll update when I do.

when was the Epiphone hummingbird HS model made, and where is it manufactured and what's the price of this guitar , thanks aramco
A "real" guitar could cost anywhere from $15 at a Swapmeet to $15,000 at an Auction. If you mean by, how much would a great starter guitar cost, I would answer that with $99.00 plus tax at Guitar Center, a Squire Bullet HH. Two Humbuckers, Three way selector switch, and tons of bang for your buck. ========= the squire is a good starting guitar but i prefer one of the cheaper ibanez art guitars when i refer my students to a starting guitar or an epiphone, it just depends on you, and what you want. But yes ive seen some go for 10$ at a yard sale but watched Les Paul's wife's guitar sell for $90,000 on the television the other day.

Well, why not go all out and buy a Gibson Melody Maker? it costs just as much, and it's a great guitar for that genre.
Yeah it does, but depends what guitar you get. For example lets say you wanted an epiphone SG and it 200$ a left handed version would probs be 250$ so not much difference.

The Gibson Epiphone acoustic can be priced from $290 to around $20,000 if you want the best deals, go in about 3 weeks past new years, that's the lowest you are going to get. DON'T BE STUPID IT CAN BE PRICED HIGHER THAN THAT BUT IF IT IS, IT IS A RIPOFF
New Epiphones range from around $100 to about $600 (and more) depending on what model. Guitar Center is a great place to look, just google it and take a look!
