Subway is a franchise and it is up to the manager(s) to establish pay rates.

I for instance just started and am being paid minimum wage, and it will increase based on merit.

However my sister on the other hand had a different pay system at a different Subway location. So really it depends on the manager.

I can answer for hourly.

On average it is minimum wage to .25 more then minimum wage per hour.

Managers are 9 to 10 an hour.
