The cost of a Wi-Fi booster, not the cost of a whole router, depends on where you make you purchase and which booster you choose. On average, a booster will cost between $25.00 and $50.00.
no, you just have to have a wi-fi router and Internet
You can buy a router and 4 ethernet cables if the PCs do not have WiFi or a WiFi router and however many ethernet cables that you need would be a better solution and would also give you a WiFi capability for other devices. Routers can cost from a wide range and are often sold at below retail prices and the same for ethernet cables. While you could spend over $200 it is possible to be under $50 depending on the type of router and the brand and length of the ethernet cables
A router is used to send a WiFi signal. A router's antenna can be replaced with a higher-performing antenna. However, many websites offer do-it-yourself instructions to make free or very-low cost WiFi-signal boosters from items such as tin cans.
to do wifi connections you have to connect to your PCs router, or get a different signal, so no it doesn't cost money unless you're paying for your own internet!

I will assume you meant, "how much does wifi cost?". In that case you will need to pay for high speed internet from your phone or cable company and that will cost between $30 and $50 per month. You will also need to buy a wireless router if your internet provider does provide you one; that will be a one time cost of between $20 to $40.
The easiest and least expensive way is to use a USB WiFi Dongle that connects via a Wreless Router. They cost from about $5.00 upwards and most are compatible with XP, Vista, W7, but check compatibiliy with your system first.
If you are referring to a router which directs data wirelessly without being plugged to the modem. You could pick one up from $40-$150. -Cheers
Wifi could cost more than that.
Yes and no,it really depends what your looking for. If you want,(I strongly recommend) that you get a good router that has 6 devices minimum,so it doesn't disconnect every second,or if your friends come over want to use it. My router was 75$ and it works fine. If you don't want one provided from a company, such as AT&T, get a netgear dual band router. But AT&T has a selection. If you think your paying too much, you can cancel it. But it is worth it most of the time.
no the wifi connection doesn't cost but it need GPRS connection. The wifi works as booster to ur internet
