It's impossible to give a specific dollar amount, because ownership is more complicated than you seem to think.

The owner of a bakery (or any other business) gets "paid" as much he decides to pay himself, which will depend on how much the bakery actually brings in, what his expenses are, and how much he decides to reinvest in the business rather than simply taking as personal income.
