Don't purchase a dog from the Mall. These dogs are normally from backyard puppy breeders or puppy millers and they do not care about the health of the parents or puppies. Buy your dog from an ethical breeder near you. Ethical breeders breed to improve the breed and do all sorts of physical checks and temperament tests. Go to a local Dog show and check around. Talk to the breeders but if they are showing their dogs, always wait until they are through to talk to them. Check with your Veterinarian for a good ethical breeder. Just please do NOT purchase your pup from a MALL or pet shop.
