It usually costs around 10-12 dollars but it usually depends on the age and the type of breed. Also take into consideration where the hamster is bought. You may want to look at the atmosphere and surroundings of where you buy your new furry friend.
Robo dwarf hamsters (themselves) cost $15. The cage $ 30-50 (depends). Food $ 5-10 (size). Bedding $5-10 (size). The happy owner of a hamster $ pricless! Atogether (plus treats and toys) was about $60
It actually depends what type of dwarf hamster you get & what store you get it from.
I have a Dessert Dwarf Hamster; it was only $26 at Pet Place II.
They don't grow more than 1-2" in length (:
At petsmart, dwarf hamsters are between 10 to 20 dollars.
It depends where you live, in America, they cost around $15 per hamster. In Britain they cost $7 per hamster.

There is no clear cut way to tell what age a hamster is, you can only generalize by the size your hamster is. A hamster is fully grown at 6 months of age, and any fully grown hamster in a pet store is usually not more then 1 year old, usually 6-8 months.
