Not much. Would never suggest working at the company. Worst experience ever. Expect to start at $7.50, that's their company minimum, $8 with experience. Specialists makes about $8-$9. Supervisors makes $10-$12 an hour. You get paid bi-weekly. Their raises are about $0.10 a year IF that. If you need money stay away from this company unless you're just looking for a seasonal job. It doesn't matter how amazing of a worker you are when it comes to pay, the better the worker they just burn you out until they can replace you or just put you down.

It depends on the owner of the store (they're all independently owned), and probably your age/experience as well. I've heard things ranging from minimum wage/basically minimum wage to well above that.

I just started working at one, and my pay is $9.50/hr (will go up to $9.75 after my probationary period is up). I had very limited experience when I applied (3 weeks at a new grocery store in the area, got laid off). $9.50 is the highest starting pay I've personally heard of for cashiers, $8.50-$8.75 seems to be the norm.
