There is no rank "7" in the US Army. There are two potential ranks you might mean, E-7 and O-7.

Sergeant First Class, E-7, base pay for 2 or less years time in service (which is unlikely) is $2,515.50. The highest current pay an E-7 may receive is $4,521.00 for over 38 years time in service.

A Brigadier General, O-7, base pay for 2 or less years time in service (which is even more unlikely) is $7,553.10. The highest current pay an O-7 may receive is $11,264.50 for over 38 years time in service.

These are monthly pay amounts, and the actual amount an E-7 or O-7 receives would be predicated upon a variety of other variables, such as number of depenedents, living arrangements, duty assignment, combat status, training, etc.
