There is no such thing as and air-conditioner accumulator in an automobile. A nonworking air-conditioner compressor can cause a cooling malfunction.
Its on top of the a/c accumulator.................
The Air conditioner low pressure stem is on the accumulator (silver cylinder), which is next to the firewall on the passenger side of the engine compartment.
