How much does an ear piercing cost at Selfridges?

It depends on the jewellery you decide to have in: we have got a large range of studs, all in 9ct or 18ct gold, white gold and titanium, all safe to be implanted. Prices range from 24£ for a pair of gold plated ou euro white simple beads to 200£ for a 18ct gold stud with a little real diamond stone.

The jewellery comes in already prepackaged, sterile plastic cartridges used only on you [the plastic cartridges are then disposed of].

You are not charged for the piercing procedure in itself.

You will need to have eaten something sugary in the last previous hour to prevent a sudden drop in your blood sugar levels, which can cause dizziness and fainting. We have a no alcohol policy.

We pierce children from 7 years old to 17 yo on the condition they are accompanied with a legal guardian. From 17 to 21 we ask for proof of identity [only driving licence and passport accepted].

From 17 yo the ears can be pierced with sterile needles as well. The procedure costs £25 for one lobe. The jewellery inserted is usually a sterile plain surgical steel grade L316 or plain titanium barbell. You can also decide to get it done with anodised [coloured] jewellery, gold plated titanium or black coated titanium, or to add a bit of shine with gemstone balls.

All cartilage piercings are pierced with sterile needles. Same choice of jewellery from the preocedure explained above is inserted. The prices range from £25 [helix] to £60 [scaffold].
