While portions of food may have something to do with obesity, it is also an issue of what we eat, when we eat, if we exercise, body metabolism, eating habits, etc. So, it is not only quantity of food that is st issue. Proper diet alone may not be the answer, and exercise alone may not be the answer. I believe - outside of some medical condition - it is proper diet, appropriate exercise, and everything in moderation.

Type 1 Diabetes is acquired through genetics, and you can NOT get it from too much sugar intake. Type 2 Diabetes can also be through genetics, or it can be from too much sugar intake/obesity. Type 1 Diabetes is NOT acquired through diet/obesity/sugar. It is completely unavoidable.
