How much does call of duty map packs cost on ps3?

Map Packs vary in price depending on the Call of Duty game. I recently was able to download World at War, Modern Warfare, and Modern Warfare 2 at reduced (Less that half price) Playstation Plus prices on March 16 2012 as follows:

Call of Duty(R): Modern Warfare(R) 2

Resurgence Pack (Add-On Content) $7.34 Normally $15

Stimulus Package (Add-On Content) $7.34 Normally $15

World at War Map Pack Bundle (Add-On Content) $12.24 Normally a bundle is $25 for all 3 Map Packs or $10 each Map Pack

Call of Duty(R) 4: Modern Warfare™Variety Map Pack (Add-On Content) $4.89

Call of Duty(R) Classic (Full Game) $7.34

The Black Ops map packs were not offered by Playstation Plus special March 16 2012 pricing and remained $15 each and also do not have a bundle price.

Modern Warfare 3 Map Packs were not available at the time
