There is no fixed answer to this question.
The insertion fee that you will be charged depends on the "start price" that you choose for your item. If you select any upgrades you will be charged more fees for using those. Generally speaking, you will then be charged around 10% of the sale price as a "final value fee" unless your item was listed in the Motors section (this has it's own separate fee structure). PayPal will charge you around another 3.4% of the total money that you take, including the shipping and handling cost.
To work it out for yourself you need to go to the help section on the eBay site that you use to create your listing and search for "fees".
