Much of Montana is rural. Your question is very broad and depends on what area you are talking about. In Eastern Montana an acre could be as little as $ 15,000 - $ 20,000. In Western Montana an acre with power easily available in the Missoula, Kalispell or Bozeman area (some of the more popular areas) could run $ 70,000 to $ 200,000.
