That is not an easy question to answer.

You can't just repair a burnt wire, it must be replaced, since the insulation has been destroyed if the wire overheated to the point of looking burnt.

  1. First, how long are the runs of the burnt wires?
  2. How hard will it be to get access to the wires?
  3. What caused the wires to burn in the first place and does another condition exist that contributed to the problem?
  4. Is there a faulty breaker that caused the problem?

Too many outstanding questions must be answered before any electrician would give you a valid price.
