The plural form of the word "therapist" is "therapists." To make it plural, you simply add an "s" to the end of the word.
In the first place, I would not put the words "meditation" and "therapist" together. A therapist is a person trained in psychology, and s/he works with the mind. A meditator works with that which resides beyond the mind: the awareness. It is possible to find meditation classes for free or five or ten dollars per hour. In this case, the leader of the class will not make much money at all.
