If you buy one, be sure to use a surge protector and lube the belt twice a year. If you are bigger or a serious runner though, you'll want something more substantial. Be willing to spend 1500-3000 dollars. If you want the most bang for your buck below 1500, go to Costco and look for whatever treadmill they have for about 1000(without a built in TV) They currently have an ironman and a nordic track, the nordic track is a little better, and much nicer than a nordic track you could buy at sears for 500 more.
