There is no Ferris wheel in Disneyland (I'm assuming you're talking about the original in Anaheim, CA; if you mean one of the other parks, you need to be more specific).
There is a Ferris wheel ... Mickey's Fun Wheel ... in the California Adventure park just south of Disneyland, which is also owned and operated by the Disney corporation.
