You can get the book used as cheap as $0.01 + $3.99 shipping and handling on Amazon.com.
The first Harry Potter book was not issued until 1997. Given the lack of availability of time travel in 1950, it would be likely that the cost would be infinite.
The most popular Harry Potter book is Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone (but in my opinion it is the fourth) "well, its all the same but the best book i recommend is the last one ^_^
Depends where and what book it is that you want to buy
It depends what one. First editions will be worth a lot if you sell them to the right people. The earlier books will of course be worth more than the later ones.
It is called the Deathly Hallows and in Greece it cost me about 12euro.
The ones from the first British edition of the first book, if they are in perfect state, and are dedicated by the author.
My book cost 25 euro but that was a while ago
Specify the title, please, as well as your country and/or currency...
Both the book and movie, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, can be purchased for a small amount as they've been out for a while. On Amazon, the book costs $6.29 and the DVD is $8.49.
It really depends of which book and if it is hard cover or paper back. The first book The Sorcerers Stone might be around $7.00 for paperback and around $15.00 for hardback.
Depends on the book. The recent books would cost more than the older ones.
If you are referring to how much it would cost in the books, it is unknown as the wand Dumbledore had in the books was the Elder's Wand, which he did not buy. It could however be priceless in the wizarding world as it is the most powerful wand to exist and was used by some of the most powerful and dark wizards in wizarding history.
