The weight of a sandstone statue will depend on the size of the statue. Larger statues will weigh more than smaller statues. Sandstone generally weighs 150 pounds per cubic foot.
around $25,000,000
The weight of sandstone can vary depending on its density, with an average range of 2,200 to 2,600 kilograms per cubic meter. You can calculate the weight of a specific piece of sandstone by determining its volume in cubic meters and then multiplying it by the density.
it depends on where you go to buy it i saw a sandstone for 30$
There are a total of 138 pyramids in Egypt, and has been proven.
Usually there about 6.50
Much of what remains of ancient Egypt consists of stone. There are building stones for temples, pyramids, and tombs; ornamental stones for vessels, sarcophagi, shrines, steal, statues, and other sculptures. Limestone and sandstone were the main building stones of ancient Egypt. From Early Dynastic times onward, limestone was the material of choice for pyramids, mastaba tombs, and temples within the limestone region. The Red Pyramid was not always red. It used to be cased with white Tura limestone, but only a few of these stones now remain at the pyramid's base, at the corner. During the Middle Ages much of the white Tura limestone was taken for buildings in Cairo, revealing the durable reddish granite stone beneath. It is the only one build with those.
Assuming you mean slide down a pyramid: You could, but not most as they were originally built with rough sides. Egyptiian classical pyramids were covered n smooth hard stone, which the idiot and very culturally primitive Napoleon took from the pyramids to use as a foundation for a causeway he built for his troops (1797?). The earlier Egyptian pyramids were known a step pyramids (mastaba) and did not have smooth sides. Other pyramids built in other countries were also not smooth sided. The Egyptian pyramids were not only therefore impressive in size and shape, but originally shown in the sun with much brilliance due to their polished stone sides. If you mean can you slide a pyramid the answer is yes if you can get enough water under it and freeze it thus making it much easier to slide (problem, such pressure from heavy pyramids would make keeping the water under such weight/pressure very difficult.)
The pyrimids, tecnology, mummification, farming, the calander, and much more
Kush pyramids were much smaller and steeper than Egypts pyramids.
priceless.
Granite is typically harder than sandstone. Granite is an igneous rock that forms from the cooling of molten magma, making it more dense and resistant to abrasion compared to sandstone, which is a sedimentary rock.
